Nursing staff was incredible and Dr Schilling went above and beyond and is a rockstar in my opinion. Shares his expertise by training others and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I am my husband's caretaker & he depends on my help in contacting his doctors. I called & left a message for his surgeon, Dr. Schilling, stating a problem my husband was having after his surgery on his wrist. NO ONE REPLIED for two consecutive days until Now..the 3rd day I was able to call & talk to someone. It was very frustrating not knowing what to do when his fear was that he could have gotten an infection. Please teach your assistants to be courteous & return all calls. Or state in your recording how LONG it will take to hear from your office.
